Characteristics:
Catnip essential oil is a pale yellow to orange liquid with a rich, herbaceous and slightly minty aroma and medium consistency. It blends well with citronella, geranium, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, marjoram, peppermint, orange, rosemary, and spearmint oils.

General Actions:

Safety:
Catnip oil is a possible skin sensitizer. Do not use catnip oil in pregnancy, or on infants and children under 12 years old.
Primary Therapy Agent:
Insect repellent, insect bites, chills, insomnia, muscle aches and pains, nervous tension, nervous dyspepsia, stress-related conditions.
Secondary Therapy Agent:
Appetite stimulant, headache, fevers, chest congestion.
