Elemi oil is a clear, yellow-tinged mobile liquid with a fresh, lemony, and slightly balsamic aroma. It blends well with cardamom, cinnamon, frankincense, galbanum, lavender, melissa, myrrh, rosewood, sage, sandalwood, and spice oils.

Safety:
Elemi oil is generally considered non-toxic, non-sensitizing, and non-irritating. However, elemi oil may cause irritation on sensitive skin, and should be diluted before topical use.
